By Hi friends! Apart from writing in Blogging Junction I also love to read 
books as well as other blogs. Today while browsing DailyBlogTips I found a very interesting article there. I read it fully and enjoyed reading it.
It is a good post and its topic is “Should I Use MyName.com as My Domain?“. I read it fully and loved reading it. Although it isn’t complete fully its a good read.
Daniel discusses on whether to use your name as your site domain name. He also gives the advantages and disadvantages of the same. Its a wonderful article and I recommend it to all of my readers.

I think it’s pretty much personal preference unless it’s a blog like this one or the other blogging tips. If the blog has mostly content about blogs then of course the best domain for it would be something about blogs as well. Maybe one day I will change my domain as well but for now It’s mostly random stuff I care for so my domain fits my site pretty well.
You have the right name for your domain as you don’t have any specific topic to write about. You can write in it about whatever you are interested in it. Sometimes you can write technology and sometimes about latest news. MyName.Com is a good domain choice for bloggers like you who don’t have a specific blog topic and write whatever they like.
I´m not using MyName.com as domain but, just in case, I bought it

MyName.Com isn’t a bad choice for a domain. In fact any domain can be used for any type of website still the website is updated with new content related to the topic of website.
i too have myname.com domain name and i havent used it.
I don’t have myname.com domain. I will think of buying it later, when I become popular enough.
I own myname.com – and I do use it. Well I used to use it to blog about books but then that became a site on its own so now its just a placeholder.
I think everyone should own their own name – you never know when someone else is going to snap it up

You are right! We should own our name .com website. May be we will need it later in the future? But I stress on buying keyword rich domains. What do you say?
