DoFollow CommentLuv Enabled Blogs List

Most of us comment for getting backlinks that help in increasing our site ranks. We comment because it gives us back links which help us to increase our pagerank, search engine rank, etc. But while commenting do we pay importance to what type of links we will get? I mean do-follow link or a no-follow link. If the back link we get by commenting is no-follow it won’t be of any use! Only do-follow back links help.

So how to get do-follow back links by commenting? Most of the sites using commentluv are do-follow ones. But which of the sites are commentluv enabled and are do-follow? You can go and manually search for commentluv enabled do-follow sites, but it will be very time consuming. For easing your work, I have prepared a list of commentluv enabled dofollow sites that are commentluv enabled and are 100 percent do-follow! Great list, but could you help me? I do not know why, commentluv read additional links on my last blog link. My link is like this htxp://myblog.com#utm_source=feed&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=feed

I have registered my blog on CommentLuv, and already check the feed address and no problems there, but somehow the link that reads, by CommentLuv there is always an additional link as above.

In other words, comentluv not read the link from my last post correctly.

Hi Joel let me clarify one thing is that if like is nofollow then also you that link considered as back link.
and according to Matt Cutts ( Head of Google’s webspam team)
“So what happens when you have a page with “ten PageRank points” and ten outgoing links, and five of those links are nofollowed? Let’s leave aside the decay factor to focus on the core part of the question. Originally, the five links without nofollow would have flowed two points of PageRank each (in essence, the nofollowed links didn’t count toward the denominator when dividing PageRank by the outdegree of the page). More than a year ago, Google changed how the PageRank flows so that the five links without nofollow would flow one point of PageRank each.”
Don’t worry about nofollow :)

If I was starting some of my sites all over again I would choose Wordpress for all of them. Plugg-ins such as commentluv only work in WP. It is a bit unfortunate that custom made code sites do not have any chance of benefiting from commentluv. We have to reply only on normal backlinks. Download NoDoFollow add-on for Firefox, install it, right click in your website post and click on nodofollow. If its red your blog is nofollow, if its blue your blog is dofollow. :)

I am still learning the entire SEO thing and am still wondering if Google will penalize you if you have too many dofollow links from blogs. Comment luv is very interesting and I just started using it. Very nice blog.

Well Google pays less importance to comluv links than the links present entirely in the article. I am not too sure if Google will penalize sites having lot of dofollow links, I think they won’t unless the links are totally unrelated.

Thanks for the information. It is nice to have a list of dofollow blogs that have it enabled on comments. The only negative that I encountered with comment luv is the number of spammers increased to my website.

commentluv has helped to open up a new world of social interaction on blogs, whilst getting backlinks at the same time. google a key phrase followed by “commentluv” to get some sites in your niche – it also introduces you to new blogs!

I’m not sure if you are right about the no-follow links being worthless. I’m certain I’ve sometimes received a rankings boost due to no-follow links. The way I understand it is that the no-follow links don’t pass on page rank, but that’s not terribly important, anyway. But they are definitely still a link, and regardless of whether it’s labelled follow or no-follow, the search engines do still follow them to your site.

Nonetheless, I thank you for your list of do-follow blogs, which maybe I shall use to see how much difference the tags really make.

Your list is really great. I downloaded and loved it. Would ask my friends to get it too. Yes finding dofollow blogs is not that easy and we may have to put in a lot of time. But getting lists is like an efficient shortcut. It has its own benefits and gives a backlink that would help in increasing the pasge rank. That’s enough I guess!
