Hi Readers! Today we will talk about “Placement Of Advertisements In Your Blog”. You might be visiting many blogs. These days almost all the blogs including Blogging Junction use advertisements in their blogs. And there is nothing wrong with it! All want to earn if they do hard work. That’s not our question. We will discuss about where to place your ads.
You may be seeing many sites and blogs will ads all
around. They don’t use one ad or so but their full site is filled with various advertisements. They not only use one ad serving service but many at once. Like Adsense, Adbrite, Etc. on the same time. If you use Adsense or Adbrite and InfoLinks at the same time, it’s ok. But using Adsense and Adbrite which are both the same type of ad serving services isn’t good. You won’t get proper clicks on both the services and your earnings will be considerably low. So use only one advertising service at once.
Let’s go to the topic directly. The main thing I want to say through this post is that don’t clutter your blog with ads. I mean to say, if user browses down there are ads and suppose if he goes up, there are ads too. And there are ads at both sides too! And how can we leave the content area? Ads there too! So where will be the post? 20 inches screen and ads in 16 inches! Where will be the content, in just 4 inches? Won’t it look bad? It surely will look BAD!
So place ads wisely and sensibly and only where they are intended to be placed. Don’t place them at empty spots. They only will increase your page load time and won’t receive any clicks. So why waste your site bandwidth and your readers bandwidth on them? So place ads sensibly.
Do not clutter your ads with ads everywhere! Your site will look like a dustbin full of waste! Users won’t click on your ads as there won’t be any readers with you! No one likes to visit a site full only of advertisements. Your site will look very bad with many ads. So place ads sensibly and only where they will get clicks on them.
The post just got finished! Please do share your views below with suggestions and more points if you have any. Waiting eagerly to hear them!

True points, Blogs should not be cluttered with ads, it will be of no benefit because Visitors also don’t like sites with much ads.

If visitors don’t like more ads in our site, they won’t come back again. And if this happens we will lose a lot!!
I am still working to find best way to put ads in my blog. I think you are right that our content should not surround by ads — it make readers hard to concentrate about our content.

Ads should never surround our content completely. If they are on a few (1,2) sides, there is absolutely no problem.
I always had bad experience with Adbrite, and talking about Infolinks, we can use them once you get more than 2000 visitors a day, because for less traffic infolinks dont pay much.

I too don’t like AdBrite. Mostly the ads don’t show up in your site. And after configuring not to show adult ads, they still appear. Adbrite is not a that good service. But it pays good for the clicks you generate if ads show up some times
Too many in-text advertisements and lot of Adsense Ads inside the content make the content unreadable to some extent, so it must be avoided. Respecting the readers time, should be our first priority.

Well said by you! We should always respect readers time and make them read more in less time. That should be our aim.
