You all here are bloggers and to manage your blog efficiently and to retain your readers it’s necessary for you to spend a lot of time for your blog. You have to spend regular and daily time for blogging i.e. for writing posts, updating pages (If any), replying to the comments on your blog, view your blog stats and analyze it to improve it, make customizations in your blog design / theme, etc. This is not all. There are a lot of other things involved with a blog.
So do you get time to manage all these efficiently? I don’t think in your busy lives (Studies + Job + Social Life) anyone might be getting time to do all this without stress. So what to do? My suggestion is not to over burden yourself. Do as much as you can, don’t over burden yourself.
Many of the bloggers think if I don’t blog a specific day, Iwill lose my revenue. Is it so? I don’t think this will decrease your revenue to a very large extent. But if it does, is money more important than your health, your life? I think NO and of course everyone will agree with me! So make sure you blog with health i.e. maintain your health.
Oh yes that reminds me of a very informative blog which I discovered recently. It covers general health and fitness concerns of our day to day life and I recommend – it’s a must read blog it’s called – Health n Fitness Care. The writer of the blog RJS Kochhar writes in a very simple and straight language and updates the blog regularly, I love it.
A few problems that come if we blog with stress i.e. by over burdening ourselves:
1.) Head Aches
2.) Wrist Pains
3.) Eye problems
4.) Back Aches
5.) If your blogging is beyond limits you can also suffer from body aches and many shoulder problems
6.) Feeling of fatigue due to lack of sleep.
So will you like to sacrifice your health for blogging and a little amount of money that you are going to get? At least I won’t do that! What about you? I think you need to forget about the little money you will get blogging and concentrate more on your health.
A few tips that will help in maintaining good health:
1.) Regular Exercise
2.) Try doing Yoga
3.) Take short breaks while blogging so as to avoid computer vision syndrome ( CVS ).
4.) If possible try using protective screens in front of your monitor. This will prevent harmful rays from affecting your eyes largely and will largely reduce eye problems and also stop head aches.
5.) Use proper mouse pads, the ones with wrist support
6.) Sit in a proper posture while blogging. Don’t lean on one side. This can affect you with body pains.
7.) The last tip, start reading Health n Fitness Care and be healthy and fit always.

Posture is very important, especially for programmers. I had all sorts of wrist and arm aches at my previous employer, a small company of around 20. Since joining my current employer, a medium/large company of a few thousand employees, all my problems have disappeared. The big difference are the desks are very ergonomic (monitors rise and keyboard trays underneath are perfectly aligned). I recommend everyone Google good ergonomics and spend a few bucks for your health.
